Terms of Service
Effective: June 12, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing PromptOcean you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must be 13+ (16+ in the EEA) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Payments & payouts
Buyers pay listed prices. Creators receive 80% of net revenue, paid out monthly via Stripe Connect when balances exceed $25.
4. Prohibited content
No illegal, hateful, sexually-explicit-of-minors, malware, or content that infringes third-party IP. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is'. AI outputs may be inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in production.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are resolved in the courts of London, UK.
